Ingredients

  • 5 cups Spinach
  • 1-1/2 cup Sliced Squach
  • 1-1/2 cup Sliced Mushrooms
  • 2 cups Diced Avocados
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Pita Chips
  • 1/2 cups Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 cups Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 cups Honey
  • 1/4 cups Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt

Directions

    Throw your spinach, squash, mushrooms, avocados, and tomatoes in a bowl. Sprinkle the feta cheese and pita chips on top. Set aside.

    Mix oil, vinegar, honey, lemon juice, and salt. Mix really well. Drizzle over the salad as much as you like.
