  • 12 cantaloupe
  • 2 -3 cherry tomatoes
  • 14 cup chopped mint (or basil or lemon balm)
  • 1 -2 cup plain yogurt

Directions

    Blend the cantaloupe and cherry tomatoes in a blender until they're still sort of chunky.

    Add the chopped mint (or basil, or lemon balm) and the plain yogurt and stir until incorporated.

    Freeze mixture in your popsicle mold.
