  • 2 tsp. hickory smoke salt

  • 3 tsp. mustard seed
  • 3 tsp. black pepper

    Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator (mix 3 times during this time).

    Shape into loaves.

    Bake on broiler pan.

    Put meat thermometer in center of a loaf; when it reaches 170°, it is done.

    Bake at 250°.
