- 1 1/2 lb. ground round
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. saltine cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (12 oz.) jar Pepperidge Farm Hearty beef gravy
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1In a bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk, crumbs, salt and pepper.

2Shape into 4 oval patties.

3Fry in a skillet over medium heat until done.

4Remove patties and keep warm.

5Add gravy and water to the skillet.

6Heat 3 to 5 minutes.

7Serve over patties.
