- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. water
Directions

1Mix hamburger with 1/4 cup soup.

2Add onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper.

3Mix thoroughly.

4Shape into six patties. Put in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

5Remove from oven and spoon off excess grease.

6Now, combine remaining soup with water and pour over steaks.

7Return to oven for an additional 10 minutes.
