- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onions
- 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
Directions

1Mix 1/2 cup soup, bread crumbs, onions and egg.

2Shape into 6 patties.

3In skillet, over medium heat, cook until brown.

4Spoon off fat.

5Stir in remaining soup and mushrooms.

6Reduce heat to low.

7Cover and simmer 20 minutes until done, turning patties occasionally.
