  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onions
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Honey Dijon Mustard
  • 3 oz. smoked salmon, cut into 6 slices

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Heat oil in large ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium heat.

    Add onions; cook and stir 3 min.

    or until crisp-tender.

    Whisk next 5 ingredients until well blended.

    Add to skillet; stir.

    Place skillet in oven.
