- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onions
- 4 whole eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Honey Dijon Mustard
- 3 oz. smoked salmon, cut into 6 slices
Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Heat oil in large ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium heat.

3Add onions; cook and stir 3 min.

4or until crisp-tender.

5Whisk next 5 ingredients until well blended.

6Add to skillet; stir.

7Place skillet in oven.

8Bake 6 to 8 min.

11Spread mustard over salmon; place, mustard-sides down, over eggs.
