- 1 lb. can red salmon
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- dash of Worcestershire
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 3 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 tsp. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 3/4 c. nuts
Directions

1Drain salmon, remove skin and ribs.

2Flake with a fork.

3Cream the cream cheese and blend in lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt, Worcestershire, cayenne and liquid smoke.

4Blend well.

5Add salmon.

6Shape and roll in parsley and nuts.

7Chill.
