  • 1 lb. can red salmon
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • dash of Worcestershire
  • 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 3 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 c. nuts

    Drain salmon, remove skin and ribs.

    Flake with a fork.

    Cream the cream cheese and blend in lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt, Worcestershire, cayenne and liquid smoke.

    Blend well.

    Add salmon.

    Shape and roll in parsley and nuts.

    Chill.
