- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 tsp. grated onion
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- several dashes of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. commercial liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. minced parsley

4and bones, then flake with fork. In small bowl, mix cream cheese; blend in lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper and liquid smoke (this is important). Check seasonings; might need more salt.
