- 1 lb. can red salmon
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. horseradish (or more to taste)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
Directions

1Remove any skin and bones from salmon and drain. Mix thoroughly with remaining ingredients except for parsley.

2Form into ball and roll in parsley.
