  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons gluten free fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gluten free red curry paste
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
  • 50g green beans, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh gluten free breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • crisp salad, to serve
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Italian Dressing

Directions

    Process the fish, egg, fish sauce, curry paste, sugar and lime juice until well combined.

    Stir through the beans, breadcrumbs and mint.

    Form mixture into 12 patties and cook several at a time in heated oil over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes each side, until golden and cooked through.

    Drain on paper towel.

    Accompany with crisp salad and drizzle with dressing to serve.
