- 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can red or pink salmon
- 1 egg or 2 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. liquid from salmon
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 to 3 tsp. Mrs. Dash Original Blend seasoning
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Directions

1Drain liquid from salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons.

2Put salmon in bowl.

3In a small bowl put egg, salmon liquid and baking powder and beat until foamy.

4Add egg mixture to salmon and mix.

5Add flour, seasoning and onion, mixing after each ingredient.

6Shape into cakes and fry in vegetable oil or spray oil until brown. Makes 7 to 8 cakes.
