- 1/4 c. onion
- 1/4 c. celery
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 (No. 303) cans salmon
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. cheese, shredded
- 2 c. rice, cooked
Directions

1Combine salmon, soup, cheese and rice.

2Saute onions and celery in butter.

3Add celery and onions to salmon mixture.

4Pour in casserole dish.

5Top with cornflake crumbs.

6Bake 30 minutes in 350° oven.
