- 2 c. salmon, skinned, flaked and boned (16 oz. can)
- 2 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 2 c. Kellogg's herb seasoned croutons
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Layer salmon, cheese and croutons in 8 x 8-inch Pyrex casserole.

2Beat eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard together; add salt and pepper to taste.

3Pour over layers.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour until set.
