  • 2 c. salmon, skinned, flaked and boned (16 oz. can)
  • 2 c. sharp cheese, grated
  • 2 c. Kellogg's herb seasoned croutons
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Layer salmon, cheese and croutons in 8 x 8-inch Pyrex casserole.

    Beat eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard together; add salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour over layers.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour until set.
