- 14 oz. can red salmon with juice
- 2 large eggs
- lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
- bread crumbs (about 1 c. or less)
- fresh grated sharp Cheddar cheese (1/2 c. or to taste)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix all ingredients, reserving a small portion of the grated Cheddar cheese on the side.

3Put mixture into a casserole dish and sprinkle reserved sharp Cheddar on top. Bake in oven for 40 minutes.
