Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 c. water
- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 can (16 oz.) red salmon, bones and skin removed
- 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion in Dutch oven until transparent.

2Add water and broccoli.

3Simmer until broccoli is tender.

4Add salmon and bouillon granules.

5Combine evaporated milk, flour and milk. Season to taste.

6Heat until chowder thickens slightly.

7Yields 8 servings.
