- 3 cups pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 (13 1/2 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 cup leftover cooked salmon, flaked
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 14 teaspoon salt
Directions

1On medium heat, melt butter in a medium sauce pan; add onion, cook till softened.

3Heat and stir till onion is coated.

4Gradually stir in evaporated milk.

5Heat and stir 5-10 minutes until boiling and thickened.

6Add remaining ingredients cook 2-3 minutes.
