  • 3 cups pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 12 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 (13 1/2 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup leftover cooked salmon, flaked
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 14 teaspoon salt

Directions

    On medium heat, melt butter in a medium sauce pan; add onion, cook till softened.

    Add flour.

    Heat and stir till onion is coated.

    Gradually stir in evaporated milk.

    Heat and stir 5-10 minutes until boiling and thickened.

    Add remaining ingredients cook 2-3 minutes.
