- 4 medium squash
- 1 stick butter
- 1 large onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 roll Ritz crackers
Directions

1Slice squash and place in bottom of baking dish.

2Saute onion in melted butter until tender.

3Pour onion and butter over squash. Spread soup over squash.

4Sprinkle cheese on top.

5Crush crackers; sprinkle over cheese.

6Bake at 350° until soup bubbles through, about 30 to 35 minutes.
