- 2 cups cooked wild rice
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 1/4 cup minced green onion
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
Directions

1Beat egg; add rice, bread crumbs, parsley, onion and seasonings.

2Form into 12 balls. Chill well.

3Just before serving, place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
