- 1 c. skim milk
- 1/4 c. coarsely diced green pepper
- 1/2 c. coarsely diced celery
- 1 slice onion
- 3 crumbled slices bread
- 1 c. coarsely diced carrots
- 3 egg whites
- 1 (16 oz.) can red salmon
Directions

1Liquefy all ingredients except salmon for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes; combine with salmon.

2Pour into greased casserole.

3Bake for 45 minutes at 350° or until center is firm.
