  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1/4 c. coarsely diced green pepper
  • 1/2 c. coarsely diced celery
  • 1 slice onion
  • 3 crumbled slices bread
  • 1 c. coarsely diced carrots
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 (16 oz.) can red salmon

Directions

    Liquefy all ingredients except salmon for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes; combine with salmon.

    Pour into greased casserole.

    Bake for 45 minutes at 350° or until center is firm.
