- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. minced onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Drain and flake salmon.

2Save liquid. Pour milk over bread crumbs and let stand for 5 minutes.

3Add salmon, liquid, minced onions, eggs, salt and pepper.

4Spoon into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until firm.
