  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Drain and flake salmon.

    Save liquid. Pour milk over bread crumbs and let stand for 5 minutes.

    Add salmon, liquid, minced onions, eggs, salt and pepper.

    Spoon into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until firm.
