  • 2 (16 oz.) cans salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • salmon liquid and enough milk to make 1 1/2 c.
  • 3 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. chopped onions
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Flake and remove bones and skin from salmon.

    Blend in eggs and salmon-milk mixture.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Spoon into greased loaf pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
