- 2 (16 oz.) cans salmon
- 2 eggs
- salmon liquid and enough milk to make 1 1/2 c.
- 3 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. chopped onions
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Flake and remove bones and skin from salmon.

2Blend in eggs and salmon-milk mixture.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Spoon into greased loaf pan.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
