  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

    In a bowl, combine egg, milk, soft bread crumbs, melted butter,

    chopped onion and salt.

    Add salmon.

    Mix thoroughly. Shape into a loaf in a greased shallow baking pan or loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 4.
