- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1In a bowl, combine egg, milk, soft bread crumbs, melted butter,

2chopped onion and salt.

3Add salmon.

4Mix thoroughly. Shape into a loaf in a greased shallow baking pan or loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 4.
