Salmon Loaf

  • 1 can (15 1/2 oz.) salmon
  • 1/2 c. stuffing mix
  • 1 tsp. chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce

Directions

    Empty salmon with liquid into a bowl; pick out and discard apparent bones.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Mix well with a fork until mixture is firm enough to form into a loaf.

    Place in a small loaf pan or pie pan.

    Bake in a 400° oven for 30 minutes. Serve from the baking dish.
