Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
- 4 slices bread
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 3 eggs
- 2 cans salmon (16 oz. size)
- juice of 1 lemon
Directions

1Heat milk and bread in a saucepan until bread is dissolved. Saute celery and onion in margarine until tender.

2Put salmon in a bowl.

3Sprinkle lemon juice over salmon.

4Add beaten eggs to milk mixture.

5Add onions and celery.

6Pour over salmon and mix thoroughly.

7Put in flat pan, 9 x 13-inch.

8Bake at 375° for about 1 hour.

9Serves 8 to 12.
