- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 eggs, well beaten
Directions

1Flake salmon and remove skin and bones.

2Combine salmon, pepper, onion, bread crumbs, eggs and 1/2 of the tomato sauce. Mix well and put in greased 8 x 4-inch pan.

3Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

4Remove from oven and spread remaining tomato sauce on top.

5Return to oven for 10 minutes.
