- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. onion, grated
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except pecans and parsley, into salmon and chill for several hours for better handling.

2Then roll in chopped pecans and chopped parsley.

3Serve as spread for crackers.
