- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill
- 1 lb. can salmon, drained
- 1 c. heavy cream
Directions

1Empty envelope of gelatin into blender.

2Add lemon juice, onion slices and boiling water; cover blender and blend at high speed for 40 seconds.

3Add mayonnaise, paprika, dill and salmon. Cover and blend at high speed briefly.

4Add cream, 1/3 at a time, and blend after each addition.

5Blend 30 seconds longer.

6Pour into 4-cup mold which has been lightly coated with salad oil. Chill for at least 4 hours.

7Unmold.
