  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, I reccomend Tobasco
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets, unskinned

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a shallow pan.

    Marinate for 30 minutes.

    Grill for 20 minutes, basting occasionally.

    Alternately, bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until it flakes easily when tested.
