- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, I reccomend Tobasco
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets, unskinned
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a shallow pan.

2Marinate for 30 minutes.

3Grill for 20 minutes, basting occasionally.

4Alternately, bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until it flakes easily when tested.
