- dash of salt
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. meal
Directions

1In a large bowl, mash salmon.

2Add all other ingredients.

3Stir until all is mixed together.

4If not stiff enough to drop from spoon, add more flour.

5Heat oil in frying pan until hot.

6Drop by spoonful into hot oil.

7Brown on both sides.
