  • 1 pkg. refrigerated pie dough for 9-inch two crust (at room temperature)
  • 1 large can red salmon
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes (prepared for table)
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine

Directions

    Put bottom crust in a deep 9-inch pie plate.

    Pick over salmon and mix all ingredients together.

    Put in plate.

    Bake in 400° oven for 45 to 60 minutes, until crust is brown.
