- 1 pie crust (Pillsbury)
- 1 (15 oz.) can pink salmon
- 1/3 (20 oz.) can pineapple
- 3 eggs
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- pepper (plenty)
- salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 410°.

2Get crust from refrigerator to warm up. Remove bones and skin from salmon meat.

3Puree with fork.

4Mix in eggs, cream, a lot of pepper and salt.

5Gently add cubed pineapple and cream cheese, cut in cubes.

6Cover 8 1/2-inch form with crust. Make sure there are no leaks.

7Pour in salmon mass.

8Bake golden brown and dry in 45 minutes.
