  • 1 (No. 2) can salmon (pink or red)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 1/3 c. buttermilk

    Combine ingredients.

    Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot fat, about 3/4-inch deep.

    Turn each puff when brown on one side, 3 to 5 minutes required.
