Ingredients

  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2/3 c. sharp Cheddar, shredded
  • 6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. chopped almonds
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon

Directions

    Combine the first 6 ingredients; reserve 1/2 cup and press the rest into a 9-inch quiche dish, bottom and sides.

    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes and set aside.

    Reduce oven to 325°.
