- 2/3 c. sharp Cheddar, shredded
- 6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. chopped almonds
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
Directions

1Combine the first 6 ingredients; reserve 1/2 cup and press the rest into a 9-inch quiche dish, bottom and sides.

2Bake at 400° for 10 minutes and set aside.
