- 1 lb. canned salmon
- 1 c. peas, frozen
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. milk
Directions

1Drain and flake the salmon.

2Cook frozen peas as directed on package.

3Mix salmon and peas together, adding salt and pepper as desired.

4Spread mixture into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Grate cheese and sprinkle over mixture.

5Pour 1/2 c. milk over top.

6Combine Bisquick, mayonnaise and 1/3 c. milk.

7Drop by spoonfuls over top.

8Bake uncovered at 450° for 10-15 minutes.
