- 1 large can red salmon
- bread cubes
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a buttered 1-quart casserole, alternate a layer of flaked salmon with a layer of bread cubes until salmon is all used, ending with a top layer of bread cubes.

2Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over salmon and bread cubes mixture.

3Bake in a 375° oven until mixture rises and is browned on top (approximately 45 minutes).
