  • 8 egg yolks, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. wheat germ
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. chopped sweet pickles
  • 1 (No. 1) can salmon
  • 1/2 c. dry milk
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly.

    Drain salmon liquid into measuring cup and add to milk.

    Add with cracker crumbs and wheat germ to eggs; mix well.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into pan which has been oiled and sprinkled with wheat germ.

    Bake 40 minutes at 325°.
