Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fishead or fillet
  • 2 cup each potato cube and onion
  • 1 tbsp chop garlic
  • 1 cup white wine or vermouth
  • 1 dash salt and black pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 can italian plum tomato and juice

    brown potato and onion with bacon chip till fragrant then add garlic

    add tomato and juice with wine , soy sauce and dash salt and black pepper and bay leaf simmer for 3 minute

    put salmon in and cover lid simmer for 8 minute toss pan every now and then

    off heat and serve
