- 1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp. oleo or butter
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans boneless, skinless salmon*
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed old fashion vegetable soup
- 1 c. cooked rice or chopped cooked potato
- 3 c. milk
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook onion in oleo until tender, not browned.

2Add salmon. Cook 1 minute.

3Add rest of ingredients.

4Simmer for 20 minutes uncovered.

5Season to taste with salt and pepper.

6Good served with corn bread.
