Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo or butter
  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans boneless, skinless salmon*
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed old fashion vegetable soup
  • 1 c. cooked rice or chopped cooked potato
  • 3 c. milk
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Cook onion in oleo until tender, not browned.

    Add salmon. Cook 1 minute.

    Add rest of ingredients.

    Simmer for 20 minutes uncovered.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Good served with corn bread.
