  • 4 salmon steaks (8 oz.)
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 pineapple rings (save juice)

Directions

    Spray pan with Pam spray.

    Place salmon on it and sprinkle with pepper and garlic.

    Place 1 orange, lemon and onion slice on each steak.

    Place in 350° oven for 30 minutes, covered.

    Remove.

    Top each steak with pineapple ring.

    Pour juice over steaks; cover again and cook for 15 minutes.

    Serve at once.

    Be gentle to keep fruit in place.

    No salt; salmon is a salt water fish.
