  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 14 cup melted butter
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • sea salt
  • black pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a medium baking dish.

    Place salmon in dish.

    Mix lemon juice and butter, and cover salmon with it.

    Season the salmon with the dill, garlic powder, sea salt and pepper.

    Bake for 25 minutes or until fish easily flakes with a fork.
