Ingredients

  • 30 red ripe tomatoes, skinned and crushed
  • 4 diced hot peppers (add more to taste)
  • 4 diced green peppers
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 c. brown vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp. salt (iodine free)
  • 2 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 12 diced onions

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Bring to a boil and let boil for 1 hour. Put in hot pint jars and seal.

    Makes about 8 pints.
