  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper (hot)
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. bell peppers (optional)

    In a blender or food processor, mix onion, garlic and jalapeno pepper well.
