- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 jar of mild picante salsa
- 1 shredded cheese
Directions

1Place chicken breast in medium hot skillet.

2Let cook almost all the way through.

3Add half the jar of salsa on top of cooking breasts.

4Place a lid on skillet and reduce heat.

5Let simmer for 8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in middle.

6Turn heat off.

7Sprinkle cheese on top and let melt before placing.

8Plate and add more salsa or cheese as desired.
