  • 3 cans (about 10 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes With Green Chiles
  • 1 whole Onion, Peeled And Cut In Quarters
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Or More Whole Green Chiles (From A Can), Or More As Desired (See Recipe Instructions)
  • 2 Or More Jalapeno Or Thai Chiles (optional, See Recipe)
  • 1 whole Habanero Pepper (Optional, See Recipe)

Directions

    Throw tomatoes, onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, sugar and salt in a food processor and pulse to chop (or finely chop by hand).

    Add remaining ingredients below, depending on how spicy you like it, and process to combine.

    For mild salsa, add 2 whole green chiles (from a can).

    For medium heat salsa, add 2 whole green chiles (from a can) and 2-3 jalapenos or Thai chiles.

    For hot salsa, add 2 to 3 whole green chiles (from a can) and 1 habanero pepper.
