Ingredients
- 8 whole Tomatillos, Husked And Cut Into Quarters
- 1 whole Onion, Diced
- 2 whole Jalapeno
- 1/4 cups Cilantro, Roughly Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 2 cups Water
- 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except the lime juice in your saucepan.

2The water probably wont cover all your ingredients, but thats okay, they will cook down.

3Bring to a boil.

4Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until onions and tomatillos are soft, or until you finish doing your dishes, whichever comes first.

5Blend in a food processor or blender (in batchesbe careful!)

6until smooth.

7Pour into a serving bowl and stir in lime juice.

8Place in the fridge until ready to serve.

9Serve cool or at room temperature.
