- 1/4 c. canning salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 qt. cucumbers, cut in chunks
- red pepper (optional)
- dill seed (optional)
Directions

1Place 6 green grapes in a quart jar, then pack small washed cucumbers to fill the jar.

2Add 3 more green grapes, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon salt. Fill jar to 1-inch of top with a mixture of 1 part vinegar to 1 part water.

3Boil seals. Adjust on jars.

4Place jars in hot water bath until the water comes to a boil.
