   line cookie sheet w/ foil and line saltines in single layer, touching

   combine sugar/butter and bring to a boil and continue boiling 3 mn.

   immediately pour over saltines

   bake @ 400 5-6 mn.

   it will get bubbly.

   remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips and let sit for a couple of mns to melt

   spread melted chips and top w/ pecans.

   cool and break into pieces
