Ingredients

  • 1 (750 ml) bottle red wine, full-bodied dry
  • 2 cups grapes, red, seedless
  • 1 orange, cut into 1/4 (6 mm)
  • 1 nectarines or 1 peach, cut into thin wedges
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup soda water (optional)
  • 8 small clusters green grapes

    Combine all ingredients except soda water and grape clusters in a pitcher.

    Stir well.

    Refrigerate for 2-24 hours to allow flavors to meld.

    Add soda water, if desired, and serve with or without the fruit pieces, in glasses garnished with the small clusters of grapes.
