Ingredients

  • 32 oz. bag frozen hash browns
  • 8 oz. (1 c.) sour cream
  • 1 can cream of either celery, mushroom or chicken soup
  • 2 c. cubed Velveeta
  • 2 sticks melted margarine
  • 1/2 to 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 to 3 c. cornflakes, crushed

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Melt 1 stick of margarine and mix with crushed cornflakes.

    Put mixture on top of casserole.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

    Will freeze, thaw and cook.
