- 32 oz. bag frozen hash browns
- 8 oz. (1 c.) sour cream
- 1 can cream of either celery, mushroom or chicken soup
- 2 c. cubed Velveeta
- 2 sticks melted margarine
- 1/2 to 1 onion, chopped
- 2 to 3 c. cornflakes, crushed
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Melt 1 stick of margarine and mix with crushed cornflakes.

3Put mixture on top of casserole.

4Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

5Will freeze, thaw and cook.
